We like the location very near to Wangfujing Street. Staff were friendly and hotel is very clean.
The hotel is right at the wangfujing pedestrian, everything is around the hotel. The staff were also very friendly and would give you water even if you’re already checking out. Although they don’t speak english, they can communicate well with translation apps.
We liked that the hotel location is very convenient, the room is clean, breakfast is also very good with good selection of foods. We also liked the laundry room with washer and dryer.

Cons -

Our stay was during winter time and we have no window room. Airconditioner in the room was centralized and auto controlled at warm temperature. We are not able to controlled it in the room. There are portable fan in the room but not helpful at all. We are sleeping in sweats all night and unable to sleep well.
Heater was turned on and couldn't dial down the temperature so the room was very hot and stuffy. There was a window in the room but it was a fake window and did not show the outside.
Check in and payment process can be more smooth

Convenient location and very clean. Breakfast buffet was very good and wide selection!

This hotel is fantastic. It’s very well located to explore Beijing, and has exceptionally friendly, helpful and accommodating staff who really went out of their way to help. The room was very comfortable and modern. The laundry is free and staff will assist you if they’re around. There are free sweets and the entrance. I didn’t try the restaurant but it looked great.

Bed was comfortable

Smelled so bad! Check in was long and frustrating, hotel was not as described or pictured, every room smelled like smoke.
